Custom and personalized orders

For custom orders, we require your chest, waist, hips, and height measurements. The more details you can provide, the better we can ensure the garment is tailored to your needs. Please note that CUSTOM-MADE and personalized handmade items, created based on your specific measurements, are NON-RETURNABLE.

Please refer to the SIZE CHART included in the last photo of every handmade item, and to the exact garment measurements listed in each vintage item description. If you need additional details, feel free to reach out before purchasing — we are happy to provide extra measurements, fit guidance, or photos to ensure your decision is confident and well-informed.

For handmade items, please refer to the specific care details provided in each product description. Our wool and cashmere handmade clothing is exclusively dry clean only. Our silk handmade clothing is either dry clean or hand wash — please read each item description for specific details. Our cotton and linen handmade clothing can be machine washed in cold water, using mild soap, on a gentle/low-tumble cycle (max. 800 rotations per minute). For vintage items, as all of our pieces are crafted from natural fabrics, most are dry clean only or require gentle hand washing.

Wholesale availability

We are a small atelier with limited production capacity, so we are not able to accommodate large wholesale orders. However, if you are interested in small series or capsule collaborations, please reach out to us at info@finethee.com — we’d be happy to discuss possibilities.

Processing & Shipping

We ship exclusively with UPS Express Worldwide for reliable and fast delivery. Processing times: Handmade clothing: 5–7 business days. Vintage items: 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary by location, but UPS Express usually delivers within a few business days worldwide. Taxes and tariffs for U.S. buyers are already included in the listed prices. Buyers in other countries are responsible for any applicable customs duties or VAT charged by their local authorities.

If I return my order, how much of the original amount will I get back?

The product price you pay in my shop includes two fixed costs that I, as the seller, cover for every U.S. order: 25 EUR express courier shipping fee 15% customs fee that I pre-pay so you don’t have to deal with duties upon delivery. In case of a return, you will receive a refund of the total amount paid minus these shipping and customs costs, as they are non-refundable once the parcel has been shipped. ABOUT THE FABRICS

The majority of our fabrics are premium deadstock materials sourced from Italy, available in limited quantities. We regularly refresh our stock to offer a diverse selection. We understand that you appreciate seeing the fabrics in the form of finished pants. However, producing a pair of pants from every fabric would lead to significant waste. We encourage you to request additional pictures of the fabric you're interested in.

Listed below are the fabrics currently available, categorized by thickness:

Medium Thickness – Best for spring, fall and mild winters:

These are the most comfortable pants I own; I don't think I'll ever buy off-the-shelf pants again because they fit me so well 😝 The fabric is a lot lighter than I thought wool pants would be, not a drawback, just an observation. Miha recommend we add an inch to the waist for comfort but I probably could have just had 1/2 an inch. The quality of the work is perfect. Customer service was fast and polite. The pants were sent by DHL and arrived in 3 days. The pants are also actually really warm! Cannot rate highly enough.
