Do you offer bespoke sizes?

I certainly do. Please let me know the specific height and width you need in centimeters or inches, and I will create a tailored quote for your project.

What are the available materials?

We offer two premium finishes, plus bespoke options for unique projects: Self-Adhesive Vinyl (150 Microns): Our top choice. This thick, high-tack vinyl is durable, easy to install, and hides minor wall imperfections. It is completely removable and repositionable, which is perfect for renters. Traditional Paper: A high-quality, non-woven material requiring standard paste. It provides a permanent, professional-grade finish for a timeless look. Bespoke Materials: While these are our primary offerings, we have the ability to source other materials upon request. Please reach out to discuss your specific needs.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Please note that buyers are responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition. If your order arrives damaged in transit, please send us photos of both the item and the packaging, and we will promptly arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Are customs charges applicable?

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to their order. If these fees are not collected by Etsy during checkout, you will need to pay them directly to your local customs authority upon delivery. We highly recommend reviewing your country's specific import policies before placing an order, especially for our EU customers following Brexit. Please note that by completing your purchase, you are accepting responsibility for any potential import charges.

How should I prepare the surface?

Proper prep ensures a flawless installation! Please follow these steps: • Smooth Canvas: Apply to completely smooth walls only. Patch and sand any bumps. Avoid textured walls as they prevent proper adhesion. • 21-Day Rule: Fresh paint must cure for at least 21 days to ensure the wallpaper sticks and doesn't damage paint upon removal. • Water ONLY: Wipe the wall with a warm, damp cloth. Do not use soaps or chemicals, which leave residues that ruin the adhesive. Let dry 100%. • Safety: Turn off the power supply at your breaker and remove outlet faceplates before installation.

What is included in a Sample Order (12" x 8")?

To help you order with absolute confidence, every sample purchase includes TWO distinct pieces for each design you select: • The Layout View (Small-Scale): A zoomed-out version showing the complete pattern repeat, allowing you to visualize exactly how the overall mural will flow across your wall. • The Detail View (Large-Scale): A zoomed-in, true-to-size snippet so you can feel the premium material texture and perfectly match the colors to your existing room decor. Note: All samples are printed on your specific choice of material to ensure 100% color and texture accuracy.

Do US customers pay customs duties or tariffs?

For our US customers: We ship all US orders via Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means our shop fully covers and prepays all US customs duties and tariffs upfront. Despite Etsy's standard automated customs policy below, you will not face any unexpected fees upon delivery.

Do you accept returns on bespoke orders?

As these items are made specifically to your exact dimensions, we are unable to accept returns. However, if your order is damaged during transit, we are here to help. Please provide us with photos of both the damaged item and the packaging, and we will promptly send out a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Highlights

Materials: Vinyl

This Dream Jungle mural is essentially a permanent hall pass to Henri Rousseau s private botanical sanctuary, minus the museum membership fees or the minor inconvenience of actual jungle predators. It brings a lush, high-art energy to your space, turning any room into a tranquil, vintage sanctuary. Since we are in 2026, home styling is focusing on biophilic immersion and heritage textures that provide a much-needed mental reset from the high-tech visual noise of our daily lives. This design is a brilliant choice for a moody master bedroom, a sophisticated dining area, or a nursery that needs a dash of organic soul and artistic history.
