How to care of my silk scarf?

We know how much you treasure your silk scarf and how important it is to take care of it properly. Although it’s best to take it to a professional dry cleaner, we understand that sometimes it’s not possible. That’s why we want to share with you some tips to help you wash it at home without damaging it. - Remember to use cold or lukewarm water and a delicate detergent. - Avoid scrubbing and wringing it out by making a knot. - When drying, avoid clothespins and direct sunlight, as they can ruin your scarf forever. - Always iron your scarf while it’s still wet and use an average temperature to keep it in perfect condition. With these tips, your silk scarf will stay as beautiful and luxurious as the day you bought it!

Where can I find my tracking number?

Every time I send a shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation via Etsy with your tracking number. You will find the information in your Etsy email. To check the status of your order, click “You” and then “Purchases and reviews”.

Can I return the item if I don’t like it?

If it’s a customized item, you can’t return it. If it’s a standard item and not on sale you can return it. Contact me via Etsy within 14 days from receipt of the order.

Are you scarves made out of silk?

Absolutely! All of my scarves are made from luxurious silk fabrics, except for the Modal scarves, which are made from natural materials. It's important to me to use high-quality materials and to be transparent with my customers about what they are purchasing. Unfortunately, many other vendors use the term "silk" to describe polyester and synthetic fabrics, which can be misleading. But rest assured that all of my scarves are made from genuine silk, including Habotai, Chiffon, Satin, and Twill. I take pride in the quality of my scarves and I want my customers to feel confident in their purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about the materials used in my scarves, please don't hesitate to reach out.

How can I use my scarf?

Scarves are one of the most versatile accessories you can own, and my rectangular silk scarves are no exception. The possibilities are endless!
