Although my shop offers a free shipping guarantee on orders over $35, this only applies to regular listings available for purchase. Custom orders are subject to additional shipping costs. All details of a custom order are discussed prior to the creation of a custom order listing, including shipping charges, if applicable.

The details of each custom order are discussed via messages through Etsy, including expected turnaround time. Once we have finalized the design and all details pertaining to your order, I will send a link to a custom listing in my shop. Production of any custom order WILL NOT begin until after the listing has been purchased.

Your custom listing will be available in my shop for 7 days after you receive the link. If your listing is still in my shop after 7 days, your listing will be deactivated. If you contact me within 5 days after the listing has been deactivated, I will reactivate your listing after adding a 15% late purchase fee. If your listing remains in my shop for more than 48 hours after reactivation, it will be permanently deleted.

Please pay attention to the estimated shipping and arrival dates when you leave your order. If you place an order during the busy Christmas season (October-December), you should expect an extended turnaround time of up to 3 weeks. If you have not received an email from Etsy stating that your order has shipped, then we have not yet completed your order. Tracking information will be sent to you via email as soon as we generate a shipping label for your order. Remember to check your inbox as well as your junk/promotions folders for any Etsy correspondence.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates. We do our best to get orders out on time and well within the estimated timeframe. However, when we take your package to the post office, it is out of our hands. You can follow the progress of your purchase by using the tracking information provided via email from Etsy. Etsy sends tracking information to each buyer as soon as we generate the shipping label for each package. Please check your email, including junk and promotions folders.
