What material do you use?

I use high fire stoneware clay, acrylic water based paint and high quality clear spray sealer.

How do you ship and how is it boxed?

I ship ups ground and usps, your piece will be wrapped in copious amounts of bubble wrap, then put in a cardboard box. That box wil then be placed in a bigger box with biodegradeble packing peanuts and recyclable paper.

To clean your burner you can of course dust it, clean it with a damp cloth, for the inside you can use a damp toothbrush to scrub out the ash residue.

Depends on the piece, if it has feathers out on the porch or deck is fine but not out where it can get wet. The other pieces are just fine outside, I have several out in my piney woods, they've been there for a few years now without any problems.
