I wanted a quality bag that would last many years and this did not disappoint. In fact, it exceeded expectation and I've had numerous compliments on it, and even from random strangers. The service is exceptional and the bag arrived ahead of time. I purchased the Extra-large Cognac, monogrammed, and it's soooo roomy. I didn't want a run-of-the-mill, everyone has, tote. I wanted something with character and durability and this met all criteria ++. The service I received when I placed the order, through the handcrafting process, and delivery was 5-star all the way. I will be purchasing other leather items from OldTownLeather! Keep up the wonderful craftsmanship.

It's a great stylish tote bag - there is well-deserved "buzz" on it! I'm using it as my daily shoulder bag (I got medium size which is perfect, very generous yet not huge). I love it, it's going to last for a long time and will never go out of style. The shop communicated promptly and kindly, the shipping was on time (actually good considering the distance & circumstances there) - get the bag, there are so many options and it's so well-crafted.
