Minimal is IN. Layering is IN. I simply suspended an 11.6mm antiqued brass TierraCast disc pendant from a delicate yet strong antiqued solid brass chain. If the post office marks a package delivered, I have to take that as proof of delivery, and refunds will not be available unless a police report for stolen mail is filed. It's the customer's responsibility to provide a secure delivery location.
Occasionally, a package is also marked as delivered when it is still in route.
Please check with anyone who may have picked up the package & brought it in. Check with neighbors, Next, go IN Person to your local post office to check with them and to also get the GPS reading from the delivery scan. In the case of stolen packages, you will file a stolen package report with the post office.
