• During off-peak months: - Orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days, Monday through Friday, they are ready for shipping. Cancelations are accepted within 24 hours after the order has been placed. • During peak seasonal months: - Orders are processed within as many as 5 to 12 business days, Monday through Friday, they are ready for shipping. • Processing times pertain to both domestic and international orders. • After processing, orders are then shipped within 5 to 8 business days domestic and 7 to 12 business days worldwide.

Each order is custom-made and printed on demand. In the rare event that the product is shipped with a defect, I will offer a replacement or a refund if the defect is reported within 14 days of delivery. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I do not accept returns for: • Replacements regarding size and/or color, etc. If the product you received is not what you expected, please contact me before returning it. Unless arrangements are made with me, you cover the cost of the return.

Why My New Custom Order "Smells"

Many who have never ordered custom printed products may not know this, but the prints have a distinct odor. The odor that you might smell is a byproduct of the custom printing method used to print the design. But don't fret, the odor is merely a temporary condition. Now that the item is out of the confined space of the shipping bag, the printing smell will dissipate after a few days or after any wash cycle. It is not permanent.

Lost and/or Stolen Packages

All orders come with a personal tracking number. This ensures that you can keep track of your order(s) at all times. In the event that your package is lost or stolen before delivery, no replacement will be sent until the whereabouts of the package has been confirmed by the courier. NOTE: Please, be available at your residence within the approximate time of delivery stated on the tracking code page. Delivery time will be provided via this page within 2 to 5 days of delivery. HebrewWay is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages after delivery.
