What is your lead time?

Each piece of furniture is made to order by us. We have a 1–2-week lead time on most of our items.

Can I return/exchange my order?

All items shipped via freight are not eligible for return. If your item qualifies for a return, we’ll require either a receipt, an order number or any other proof of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If a package is returned to Artisan Born because of an incorrect/incomplete address, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Return Policy: Artisan Born accepts returns on all non-custom items within 30 days of purchase. Buyer is liable for all shipping costs incurred by returning the item. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received as long as it is in the condition it was shipped. All custom items are not eligible for return.

Is the wood color going to be identical to the color in the images?

The photos on our website are taken by professional photographers under lighting conditions that are typical in a residential home. We strive to accurately show the finish, color, and texture of our products as best we can. Depending on the display of your monitor or printer, the images can vary based on the different settings. Please note that there are naturally occurring differences in the wood logs we use so piece is the same. The product you receive may not be an exact match to the photo displayed due to natural variability in these raw materials. If we can be of assistance in selecting the right furniture for your situation (style, dimensions, color, wood species, etc.) get in touch and we would be happy to help.

What does contactless delivery mean?

Contactless Delivery is our default delivery option, and it means: We’ll deliver your item to the front door of your house or apartment while maintaining a six-foot social distance. Your signature won’t be required! If you live in a multi-unit apartment building, we’ll deliver to the front door of your apartment whenever possible. Some multi-tenant buildings will require delivering to a mail room.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our team will get to work and ship out your hand-crafted furniture within 2 weeks. There is a 1-2 week lead time on most orders, and your package will ship via FedEx, a tracking number will be sent to you in 1-3 days.

Will my shipment arrive in one box?

If you have ordered a table or bench they will be shipped to you in two separate packages, but it leaves from our warehouse at the same time. If one package arrives before the other, don’t worry! You should be receiving a second package shortly after.

Does my custom furniture comes assembled?

Some light assembly may be required when your Artisan Born furniture arrives. On orders with tables and benches legs will need to be assembled using a Phillips screwdriver.

How should I measure my space?

See below for the different height references to better understand how to measure your space and get the right size for you. Table height – 30 Inch tall Counter height – 36 Inch tall Bar height – 42 Inch tall

Made from solid maple this console table is sturdy and has gorgeous wood grain. Great for a variety of spaces like: a narrow computer desk, in the entryway, under a window or behind a sofa.

Pick from mid century modern hairpin legs or U Shape for a more modern look. All of our tables are handcrafted in the heart of the Ozarks with superior quality materials. Knotholes, voids and cracks are filled with clear epoxy to bring out the natural beauty of the piece.

Console table stands 30" tall made out of a 1.5"-1.75" thick piece of solid maple. Console tables are 10-14 inches deep depending on the character of the wood.

Legs are detached for shipping and will need to be reassembled by customer upon arrival using only a phillips screwdriver. Every piece is unique and will vary slightly in character.
