How do I package the cremains to send to you?

Upon placing an order a cremains collection kit will be mailed to you. This includes instructions and supplies necessary to collect and mail the ashes to us to create your memorial art. If you are uncomfortable collecting the ashes yourself, a friend, family member, or funeral home/crematorium might be willing to collect them for you.

How will I know when my ashes have arrived?

USPS provides tracking number for each package. In addition, I will contact you the day your package arrives to let you know it is safe and sound with us.

My order isn't exactly what I pictured, can I get a refund?

I cannot offer refunds on Memorial art because it is custom made, but if there is a problem with your finished product I will do my best to make sure you are satisfied. Please keep in mind that all items comes in many different colors and consistencies and your piece might look slightly different from the examples shown, this is not a flaw, it is the unique personality of the loved one being memorialized.

How can I be sure the ashes I send to you are the ashes used in the setting I receive?

I take great care in labeling and keeping track of everything that comes into my studio. I or my husband will be the only ones that will handle the ashes during any part of this process. Anything that comes into contact with ash is sterilized between use so there is no chance of cross contamination with any other clients' cremains.

What happens if there are cremains left over after creating my piece.

Any unused cremains will be returned to you.

Do you do memorial art with hair or fur?

Yes! Hair and fur encasements look quite different than ash and are beautiful in their own way.

How long will it take?

Turnaround time is up to 30 business days ( 4-6 weeks ) from the time your filled collection kit is returned to us.

I would like another ring size sent to me to try on.

If you would like a 2nd ring size sent to you to try on (before the collection kit is sent back only) there will be a $10 fee. Only 1 extra size can be sent as it will deplete inventory.

I wasn't sure how Kace was going to get that touch of chocolate lab but she nailed it. It arrived early, I was leaving for a two week trip and thought to check mailbox, so I'm sorry if this review is late. It's just awesome.. so well done!

It's perfect. Perfect sized and perfect placement of his fur in with his ashes. Just perfect. Dainty enough but still feeling like he's with me always now. 🥹♥️
