How will my item be shipped?

Your order will be shipped with registered air mail and includes tracking, so you can follow its journey. As soon as your package is on the way, you’ll receive a notification with the tracking number. Delivery will be handled by your local postal service.

What happens if I’m not home when my order arrives?

Tracked packages are delivered by your local postal service. In some countries (like the US) they may be left at your mailbox/doorstep, while in others you’ll receive a pickup notice. Unclaimed packages are returned to me — I refund the item price (shipping not included) or resend once new shipping is paid.

What happens if I provided an incorrect delivery address?

If the address provided is incorrect and the package is returned to me, I will refund the item price only (shipping costs are non-refundable). If you would like the order to be resent, you’ll need to cover the cost of new shipping.

Do you cover customs fees or import taxes?

For orders to the USA, I use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), so all customs duties and import taxes are prepaid by me — you won’t need to pay any additional fees. Please note: Buyers in other countries are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes in their country.
