1. Select the quantity you want from the drop down box in the top right

2. Select the green “Add to Cart” button
3. In the “Note to Winston Glass Works” comments box, you will need to provide the following information:
- The two (2) Initials you want
- Date (Numeric format only with 2 digits to denote the year. Example: 4/20/12)

4. Select “Proceed to Checkout” to complete your purchase
