All our phone cases, iPad cases and hair brushes are printed using dye sublimation. This method creates a long lasting result and does not rub off or fade. Our sleeves are also printed using dye sublimation.

Wholesale availability

All our items are sent with a standard UK or Airmail service, this does not come with tracking. We do offer a tracked delivery service at an extra cost, this can be selected during checkout. If you have any problems with this please get in touch and I can assist.

Can I add my Initals to the design

Yes we can add your name/initials please let me know and I can show you a preview.

Do you offer a matte finish?

Yes on most of our cases we can offer a matte finish. If this is not mentioned in the listing please contact me and I can advise if this is possible.

Will I be charged extra taxes?

To make our cases we use a printing company and for all my items (excluding the sleeves, mugs, wash bags none folio notebooks). They have departments in the USA, Europe (Italy), Australia and the UK. Items sent to countries in the EU will be sent tracked from Italy. Items sent to the USA, Mexico and Canada will be sent from our USA printers. Items sent to Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Singapore will be sent from our Australian printers. Items sent to the UK, Russia, India and Japan will be sent from my UK printers. Please get in touch if you have any questions. All the sleeves, non folio notebooks, mugs and wash bags will be sent from the UK.

We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges if the wrong phone model is selected or you change your mind after ordering. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund. Contact and message us with your order number and photos of the issue.

Can the slim cases fit on top of the rubber inserts of the tough cases?

No unfortunately the top part of the tough cases are larger in size to accommodate the rubber inner part. The slim cases will not fit on to this.
