~ Three Layer Engraved Disc Necklace ~
A personalised three layer necklace that is gives a delicate touch. The upper layer comes with a dainty satellite chain, while the mid layer has a ring pendant hanging, and the bottom layer has a disc charm, which allows any word / text to engraved.
This multi layer necklace is adjustable in length.

SPECIFICATIONS
• Material: Stainless Steel with 18K Gold or Platinum plating

• Length: upper layer is approx. 32-33cm, mid layer is approx. 38-39cm, and lower layer is approx. 45-46cm, with a chain extension of 5-7cm for the whole necklace.

For custom items which are specifically made on order and are personalised, we would only offer a replacement when our side did the wrong engraving or text, wrong colour, or sent with defected parts that can't be fixed.
Unfortunately, if replacement requests are made due to personal opinions, including but not limited to allergy issues, text font, product design, product size, text size, jewellery measurements, shades of colour differences, texture of materials etc, replacement of items won't be offered.
We offer a replacement for non custom items.

We do not accept returns for custom orders as they’re made entirely based on customers’ requests. However, please contact us for discussion if there's any question.
For non custom items, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt.
All returned items need to be in its original package, such as including the gift box, otherwise a small amount of material cost shall be deducted from the refund.
Please note there're restrictions in items eligible for a return. Due to hygiene issues, earrings cannot be returned under all conditions.
