CUSTOM HOUSE PORTRAIT

You'll be commissioning a beautiful, original hand-drawn painting of your home (or any other building - wedding venue, holiday home, shed). It is an original one-off piece of art not a digital drawing.

This custom house portrait is the perfect way to celebrate "Our First Home" or make a unique housewarming gift, or be used as bespoke decor to illustrate the memories made in that house over many years. The name of the house or address can be written underneath in calligraphy, such as "The Wildes" or "72 Breeze Avenue." "Our First Home" can also be added if desired. Please let me know in the personalised section above.

DESIGN PROCESS

This is an entirely hand-drawn and water-coloured artwork on 300gsm heavyweight watercolour paper. Each piece of artwork is created by me from start to finish, allowing complete personalisation. I am happy to add extra details such as pets, blooms or bushes, available on request.

Please send me your photos as soon as possible after purchasing via Etsy Message. Feel free to inundate me with close up images of your beautiful home's features so I can add all the specific details. Please ensure it is a high-quality photograph of your home. I will draw your house exactly as it appears in the photo you provide, such as perspective.

A5 paper size is 14.8x 21cm
A4 paper size is 21x 29.7cm
A3 paper size is 29.7x 42cm

TIMINGS

My current turnaround for bespoke illustrations for commissions is 3-4 weeks! This can vary dependant on how busy I am. If you need the house drawing sooner, send me a message and I will try my best to arrange an earlier dispatch date! :)

PACKAGING AND POSTAGE

Your artwork will come packaged in a biodegradable cello wrap to protect it, then beautifully wrapped in tissue paper. It will be posted in a hard-back envelope via Royal Mail. First-Class mail in the UK normally takes 1-3 days.

If I could give more than five stars I would. I’m absolutely in love. We’re due to move house and I’m so glad I got this image as a sentimental piece for our new home.
