What I really appreciated about this seller is that when I contacted her about the whereabouts of my late-to-be-shipped order, she promptly responded and upon finding there was a mix-up and my ordered item was basically untraceable, she immediately refunded that order & generated another order of the item to be sent to me free of charge. I rec'd the item (hat) today and although it missed the date when I needed it, I am very happy with it. The quality is better than I thought it would be and it was exactly the colour and stitching that I had requested. I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again. She stands behind her product & business. (Even small orders such as mine.) And during these crazy times right now, that is not always so easy to do.
