Packaging: To save shipping costs as low as possible, your order will be wrapped in a tissue paper or put in the box when necessary.

Order processing time is 1-2 business days, it might be longer during busy Holiday times, like Halloween, Christmas, New year.
Some of my items are ready to ship on the next business day of your order.
If you need to cancel an order please do so in 1-2 hours after the purchase is made. Just contact me via Convo and let me know that.
Once your order is shipped it can't be cancelled because it is in the USPS facility and not with the seller. In this case you will receive your order and if you are not satisfied please let me know that. Buyer will be responsible for shipping charges in case of return ( shipping charges are NOT refundable ).

I strive to make all of my items in high quality with care and responsibility in mind, and I love satisfied and happy customers. I make all my items by hand.

• Items can not be returned just because you don't like it or you changed your mind. ( I actually take time to make them, and it takes many hours of sitting and knitting )

Custom Duties and Import VAT

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.

Import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destinat

Please make sure your address is correct and confirmed with USPS. Otherwise your order might be delayed or not delivered at all.
If you want the order to be shipped to different address other then it’s on your account, please make sure you send me the right address with the right spelling and punctuation.
Also, Etsy has a great feature where costumers can add the address on their account: go to your cart > proceed to checkout > ship here ( choose the address you want to ship or add the new address manually on the bottom of the check out page)
