See a design you love but want a different color, wording, product style, or other small adjustment? Send me a message before ordering. I’m happy to explore customization whenever the design and available inventory allow. Additional charges may apply depending on the request.

Will the printed colors look exactly like the photos?

Colors may vary slightly due to differences in screens, garment colors, printing methods, and fabric absorption. Mockups are provided to show the overall design and placement, but the finished product may not look identical on every device or material. These small variations are normal and are not considered defects. Please contact me if you have questions about a particular color before ordering.

Please refer to the description section in each listing to view sizing details. Most listings are for unisex sized shirts (meaning they are similar to men's sizing) while others are listings for women's fit tees. Most listing descriptions also show whether the item runs small, true to size, etc. Please ensure you take note before ordering. If you want to double check specific size measurements, please send me a message! Also, please message me if you would like a particular fit (unisex vs women's fit) on a t shirt and it isn't offered in the listing. We do our best to accommodate these requests assuming we have inventory of the fit/size/style you requested. Additional fees may apply.

Can I change my shipping address?

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. If you notice an error, contact me immediately. I will do my best to help, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production or shipped. Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Orders delivered to the address submitted at checkout cannot be refunded or replaced solely because an incorrect address was provided.

How long will my order take to process?

Each item’s estimated processing and delivery window is shown on its listing and again during checkout. Many products are created especially for you after the order is placed, so processing time is separate from shipping time. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships. If you need an item by a specific date, please message me before ordering so I can let you know whether the timeline is realistic.

Can I Include Gift Messages?

Because orders may be produced and shipped by different fulfillment partners, printed gift messages and gift wrapping are not currently available for every product. Prices are not included inside the package. If the item is a gift, you can use the tracking information to let the recipient know when it is arriving.

Why did my items arrive in separate packages?

We work with several specialized production partners to create and ship our products. If your order contains different types of items, they may be produced at separate facilities and arrive in more than one package. You will receive tracking information for each shipment as it becomes available. Separate shipments do not mean that anything is missing from your order.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Return and exchange eligibility may vary by product, so please review the individual listing before purchasing. Personalized, custom-made, digital, and final-sale items are generally not eligible for return or exchange. When an exchange is approved, the buyer is responsible for returning the item in its original, unworn condition and for return shipping costs. Please contact me before mailing anything back so I can provide instructions.

Do you accept cancellations?

Because many items are sent to production shortly after purchase, cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact me as soon as possible. Once production has begun, the order generally cannot be canceled or changed.

Mock ups are for demonstrative purposes only. Due to product printing methods and computer screen variations, the print coloring of the final items you receive may be slightly different than pictured. The design ink can absorb into the product by a small degree and may not appear as vibrant as on mock up photos. Please do contact me if you have any questions about this prior to purchasing.

Shipping & Processing Times
MOST ORDERS ship within 1-2 weeks of purchase due to COVID precautionary measures. Some ship sooner than this time frame while others ship slower. If you have a question about when your order will ship, please reach me directly and I will keep you updated on your order status. I will also send tracking information for your order once our warehouse prints and ships your items. In some cases, there are options for expedited shipping. Please inquire if you are interested. Thanks!

Gift Messages
Unfortunately we cannot add gift messages to orders because of the way the orders are routed to our production warehouses. It's something that will hopefully be updated soon, but not at this moment. I do send tracking information so you can monitor when your order arrives to let your recipient know the gift is from you. Also, for your convenience, we do not include prices in the packages.

Multiple Shipments
If you order more than one item from our shop, please be advised that your item may arrive in more than one package. We contract with several different print facilities and warehouses to print and ship our products, so items may arrive at different times and from different places. We can update you with tracking information for all your items!
