Please note, shipping time may vary depending on your location and customs processing, so I can't guarantee that items will be received by a certain date.
International shipments are usually delivered within 1-2 weeks, it depends on the destination country, local holidays (e.g.Christmas). Delivery may take 3-4 weeks and maybe even longer. I cannot be held responsible for despatched parcels delayed by third parties.
I am not responsible for lost of purchase during delivery, if it is outside my country. In any case please contact me, we will find a solution.

Please ensure that the address is correct prior to place an order. If any package is refused upon delivery, is never picked up from the postal office, or requires re-shipment due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for paying the subsequent reshipment fees.

If your items didn't arrive within 60 days, contact me and I will log an investigation through my country Post. Once this completed, they contact your country Post and will both conduct an investigation in an attempt to locate your package. If the package is officially recognized lost, 100% refund is guaranteed.

As different computers display colors differently, the color of the actual item may vary slightly from the images, thanks for your understanding.

When I wrap your purchase, I want it to be nice and you could receive your item undamaged. My goal is to be as sustainable as possible so my packaging can be reused.

Vintage goods and farmhouse decors in my store are very old or vintage, or made of old materials and are sold in the "as is" condition. Please look at all the photos carefully - they are part of the description. For the most part, they are sold as decorations, but if any of these things work, that's great! Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions.

If you are not happy with your order.
- Contact me within 14 days after you received your order.
- Send it back (sent out within 14 days of receiving the item) to me with Registered mail (with tracking number). I will refund your money when I'll receive the item -the item is not used and not damaged.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
