Downloading a Digital Item If you have an Etsy account

If you have an Etsy account, after your purchase you’ll see a View your files link which goes to the Downloads page. Here, you can download all the files associated with your order. We’ll also send you a download notification email separate from any transaction notification emails you receive from Etsy and/or PayPal. If you're unsure if you've purchased a Digital Item, you can always go back to the listing page. If it is a digital download, you should see an "Instant Download" message on the images for the item. Please note that you can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time. To download a digital file, please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or a non-mobile computer.

If you checked out as a guest, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.

I can’t seem to find my download notification email

First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, add transaction@etsy.com to your address book or safe list. For now, you can still get to your file using the directions below.

I’m having trouble downloading my files

If nothing happens when you click the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again. If your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again. If you still can't open the file, please contact the seller through Etsy Messages for further assistance. If your computer is unable to open the file, it’s possible that you’re missing the program required to open the file type. Please contact the seller through Etsy Messages to see what program(s) you may need. If you continue to have trouble, please contact Etsy Support.

Can I access my digital purchases from within my account?

Yes! To access your digital file(s), go to Your Account > Purchases and reviews and look for the order. To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. There are generally no limits for when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases, you can access a file any time on your Purchases page, provided the transaction hasn't been canceled or removed. If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be gray.

When a refund is possible?

1. I do NOT provide refunds if you mistakenly purchased a pattern instead of a finished product. Because on every listing I repeatedly state that this is the pattern and there is no return policy on digital items. 2. If you have purchased the same pattern twice, please contact me and I will refund you for the second order.

This pattern contains English description of crocheting the Candlestick toucan.

Toy stand independently. I stuffed the base of the candlestick with granulate for greater stability, you can add some grits, small pebbles or something else that can make the base heavier. And I decided to sew the toucans, but you can make them removable, for example, with Velcro or buttons.

You need for work:
1. Sport weight/4 ply yarn
Yarnart Jeans (50 g/160 m, cotton 55%, acrylic 45%):
- gray No.46 (candlestick, candle - half a skein);
- black No.53 (body, head, wings - 1/3 a skein);
- white No.01 (eyes, breast - a little);
- yellow No.35 (part of beak, light - a little);
- green No.29 (part of beak - a little);
- orange No.23 (part of beak and candles - a little);
- ginger No.85 (part of beak - a little);
- turquoise No.55 (part of beak - a little);
- blue No.76 (part of beak - a little);
- brown No.70 (nest - a little).

2. Hook
I used hook size 1,6 mm as the main; 2,5 mm - when crocheting in 2 threads.

3. Fiberfill or any other toy filling. Granulate - for the base of the candlestick (optional)

4. Eyes
Half-beads or safety eyes size 14 mm.

5. Wire, insulating tape
Wire with a diameter of 3 mm. Insulating tape (optional).

6. Felt
Hard felt of any color size 2 cm*14 cm and 2 cm*18 cm.

7. Scissors, needle, glue or hot glue gun

This pattern was sometimes challenging for me but it was very well written with plenty of images and videos for added support! I only made one toucan and changed some small parts of the design, but I think it came out pretty cute
