almost identical to the vivienne westwood necklace, the biggest difference would be the length. The real necklace is a bit shorter and more choker-like while this one hangs a bit lower. Because of this, if the necklace moves backwards while wearing it can unclasp, so just be wary of that while wearing. Otherwise, I believe the materials of this necklace are fairly similar to the costume jewelery of vivienne westwood and haven't noticed any flaws or wear from wearing in the 2 months I've had it so far.
