New to this kind of pottery, I have delayed feedback until I had played with it a bit. Its lighter weight than I expected. No damage to it at all. Packed great and came super fast. The handle stays cool. Love that. I'm still learning how to adjust the heat up and down for each type of food. And yes, I always start low heat and let it build up. A 10 inch glass lid I have fits this small skillet just fine, leaving the pouring spouts open to vent. I will buy more, as I love how food tastes in it. I am using less metal now and experimenting with different types of ceramic, stoneware, and now this flamewear. Thanks so much!
