Q. Do you gift wrap orders?
A . All orders are wrapped in coloured tissue paper . Fragile items / boxes will also be wrapped in bubble wrap before being put into plastic mailing bags .

Q. Do you offer custom orders?
A. Please contact me to discuss your requirements ..once agreed a custom listing will be put in shop for you to purchase .
We do not offer personalisation ie names etc

All small parcel orders are sent out with Royal mail 2nd class signed for service within the UK.
Knitting patterns are all sent standard 1st class mail in a hard backed envelope .
Overseas orders are sent standard airmail delivery

All UK orders are set with a fixed charge postal cost regardless if 1 or 5 items bought .

International orders are charged by weight and due to the high shipping costs we do have to charge postage per item .

If your item is a gift and being sent direct to the recipient please add the gift wrap option if you wish it to be sent wrapped with a gift msg otherwise order will just be in tissue wrap with no msg

All orders are sent a contact msg upon receipt of order stating when your item is being despatched .
If you purchased as a guest please ensure you have notifications switched on .
Once an item has been posted I can do nothing to speed it up .
Royal Mail do have delays especially in the run up to Christmas and delivery times are estimated on normal working circumstances , due to covid and extra Xmas post most services are taking up to ten days to deliver within the uk .
It’s the buyers responsibility to purchase gifts in good time and ensure all addresses are correct on the order - if incorrect address has been given it is the buyers responsibility to locate and collect the item - no refunds will be given if this is found to be the case
