Gift wrapping and packaging

Each of our orders is wrapped with love, as to be a treat to open them, however, we do not offer any special gift wrapping or cards.

Linen care is simple: you can both hand wash and machine wash linen items at low temperatures. Linen can be tumble dried on low heat. We don’t recommend using bleach or detergent with optical brighteners as they tend to weaken the fibers. We add a care tips card to each of our products.

Will the colors of my linens match?

The color of natural linen depends heavily on its growing conditions, meaning fabrics made from this year's crop might differ in color from the year before, even after dyeing. If you need a matching set, we recommend ordering everything in one purchase.

Why my shipment is taking so long?

Please keep in mind that sometimes the shipping process can take longer than usual. The reasons can be: *Cancelation of flights; *Unforeseen World Events *Workers shortages at certain airports ; *A large number of shipments in certain airport facility !!!If you have any questions, let us know, what we can promise - to get all the information regarding your shipment status and try to speed up the process as much as it will be in our power to do so.
