SIZING DETAILS - STICKER CARE

*** Please read the item descriptions for sizing and details of the items. We provide measurements in both inches and centimeters for all stickers, charms, and pins. There is also a RULER in most listings to show the inches and centimeters. *** Please note that stickers are WATER RESISTANT. They have been tested outdoors for 2 years and have minor fading and puckering in the Colorado weather. They will survive the dishwasher, but we still recommend handwashing for the sticker to have a long use time. They are also not LIGHT FAST which means direct exposure to sun over long periods of time may cause them to fade.

I have two cats and there are HUGE chances that your order will come into contact with pet hair, pet dander, or other pet allergens! Please be aware of this before purchasing.

*** If your address is incorrect I will no longer be able to change your address and send out the items, I will have to cancel and refund your order. *** If your item is RETURNED TO SENDER I will process a refund for you if you reach out to me. The items are returned to a non-frequently checked PO Box, so I probably will not know unless you reach out. *** Incorrect addresses are NOT eligible for reshipments of items. I have to ship to the address on file with Etsy - I can not change the address on the purchase.

*** At the moment I do NOT offer personalized gift wrap or special gift wrapping other than what I already provide. If your order is marked as a GIFT it simply means that the price of the item is not listed on a receipt. We are not able to do custom gift messages at this time. *** PLEASE UNDERSTAND that if you are an international customer marking an order as "gift" to try an avoid customs fees this literally does NOTHING to the label. The "gift" option on Etsy is to hide the prices on the invoice and I have it disabled so it doesn't work on my end anyway. Your merchandise will be declared in its FULL VALUE and you are responsible for your import duties/fees/taxes.

WHERE IS THIS PRODUCT?

If they are not visible at the time you visit the shop - the product is sold out! Updates are posted to TikTok for all restocks so that's the best place to get information. We do not have a set schedule for restocks and the only place we announce that info is on TikTok. Products may also be discontinued without notice. This goes for any product that is not currently showing in the shop!

WHY DID MY MESSAGE NOT RECEIVE A REPLY?

At the moment it is just me answering messages so it can take anywhere from 2-3 business days for me to get through them all.
