How do I access my digital purchases?

To access your digital files: 1. Go to Your account. 2. Go to Purchases and reviews. 3. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. You can also check your notifications email, Etsy usually send you an email along with the download file.

Can I download the file via Etsy App?

No. Etsy only allows you to download your digital purchases via browser on your computer or iPad.

I’m having trouble downloading/installing the brushes. Can you help me?

Some good brushes, the video tutorial could be a bit better at explaining, as it was difficult to get the same result for the Naomi brush, but I will keep trying to achieve the same look

I love the fact that there aren't many brushes so you are not overwhelmed, they are enough to achieve some nice watercolour effects, I would also have loved to see some video demos as someone new to watercolour
