Where do I find my PDF?

You can access the PDF's via your purchases page on your Etsy account, it doesn't work on the app so you will need to access it via a browser. We include a lot more DMC threads than is needed to completed the design, but if you do require more we include an info page in the kit on the specific DMC thread numbers required so you can order additional

What size needle do I need?

A 26 or 28 size embroidery needle or any small needle should suffice

Are you designs compatible with Pattern Keeper?

Our newer designs are compatible and are clearly marked as such. Our older designs have limited compatibility. If you do require a design to be compatible with Pattern Keeper, please do message us and we may be able to convert it for you.

Is an embroidery hoop included in the kit?

No, a hoop isn't included or required but if used we would recommend a 6 or 8 inch hoop
