Why do the vintage items look old and have chips/cracks on them?

Vintage items are just that...OLD! Vintage is classified as 20 years or older. We try to find items that are in fair to excellent condition, but sometimes we miss a small crack or chip, if this happens after we have brought it home, we photograph it and show the damage in the pictures for you and we also describe the damage in the listing at the bottom (sometimes it will say DISCLAIMER before the damage is described).

I recieved a broken item or the item has a chip/crack, can I get a refund?

If the item is damaged during shipping, please contact me immediately with photo proof of the box, the damaged item itself as well as the packing material and we will make the decision if we are going to refund or not. If our photos and/or our listing states any previous damage then there will be NO refund issued, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!! PLEASE MAKE SURE TO READ THE LISTING IN FULL AND CHECK THE PHOTOS FOR ANY DAMAGES

Can I Pay For My Order With A Check or Money Order?

Yes, I will gladly accept a check as payment (checks need to made payable to Zoanne Martel) or a money order. Please note that your order WILL NOT ship until your check has cleared at my bank (this could take up to 10 business days)

I shipped my order to the wrong address, can you re-ship it?

If the order has not already shipped out, the changes can be made beforehand, however, if the order has already shipped and was sent to an incorrect mailing address that was provided by the buyer, the order will be re-sent to the corrected address if the package is deemed "undeliverable" and is "returned to sender". The buyer WILL BE responsible for the reshipping fees (this will be set up as a listing that will have to be paid before sending the order back out) NOTE: it can take several weeks for items to be returned to me by the post office.

My order says it was delivered but I never received it, what happens now?

I ship all orders USPS with a tracking number (please check your email), once the order has left my local post office, it is out of my control. If you believe the item is lost or delayed, please contact your local USPS, they can usually track where the package was delivered via GPS, if they cannot find the package, you will need to file a claim with them. If you believe the package was stolen, you MUST file a report with your post office AND your local police department for theft. I will not be responsible if a package goes to a wrong/previous address that was not changed before placing the order. Please make sure the shipping address on file with Etsy is your correct address before purchasing

Are you closed any major holidays?

Our shop here is open 24/7, however our workshop is closed on certain US holidays. If an order is placed when the workshop is closed, it will not ship until after the holiday. We are closed the following US National Holidays: Memorial Day Weekend, 4th of July, Labor Day Weekend, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving (Wed-Sun), Christmas (Christmas Eve & Christmas Day), New Years (New Years Eve & New Years Day)

How is my package shipped?

We only ship in the United States, all packages are shipped via USPS, they are either packaged in a flat rate padded envelope, a brown cardboard box or a priority mail box (please read update below!). Each item is wrapped carefully before shipping out. Please note: Even if an item is small and non breakable, please do not ask to have it shipped via first class mail, I will not use that shipping under any circumstances because it does not cover insurance if the item is lost, stolen or broken in shipping. UPDATE: We have the right to choose how to ship any packages that have free shipping. This may include priority mail or ground advantage. All orders come with a tracking number and are insured.

An item I bought has a smell to it, can I get a refund?

Our home/workshop is smoke free. Vintage items are purchased from estate sales, thrift stores, yard sales and vintage stores, and may have smoke and/or musty smells from previous owners. We do spot clean all items prior to photographing & packing. I was a previous smoker and due to that I unfortunately cannot always smell something that has a smoke odor to it. I will not be held responsible for another persons actions when they had the item in their possession, therefore no returns or credits will be issued. If an item does have a smell, I would suggest trying to air it out or thoroughly washing it. Also sometimes a fabric refresher spray may help to eliminate the odor.

Why does the piece I ordered and received not have the lid with it?

If an item is glass and has a lid (or any other piece that is not permanently attached) we wrap and pack both pieces separately in the box or envelope. Please check inside for all contents before discarding.

Do you have a physical store to shop at in New Hampshire?

We do not have a storefront but we do have a booth at ROCKIN' THRU THE AGES located at 131 Lake Street in Gilford NH. Our booth tags are labeled ZM01. Hours are Wed-Mon 8am-4pm and closed on Tuesday.

Vintage children's record featuring beloved classic songs from the 1950s. This bright red non-breakable plastic 78 RPM record was produced by Peter Pan Records circa 1954 and includes three nostalgic favorites perfect for collectors or vintage nursery décor.

Side A features Who's Afraid of the Big Bad Wolf from the film The Three Little Pigs, performed by Lee Adams. Side B includes Get Along Little Dogie and Polly Wolly Doodle, both performed by Jack Arthur.
