I do work a regular 8-5 Monday through Friday, so I do my best to ship orders every Saturday. However, sometimes things happen and shipping may be delayed up to a week after purchase. If you have any concerns about when your order might ship, please reach out to me via email.

All orders come tracked, regardless of amount spent.

Unfortunately, I am not responsible for what happens during transit of your order. Once a package is dropped off with USPS, it is out of my hands as far as what happens to it. If the items are damaged beyond repair, please be sure to file a claim with your local postal carrier branch.

Domestic Packages:

Typically within 3-5 days of shipping, but not guaranteed

International Packages:

Can take up to 8-12 weeks. Please do not reach out about a lost package until this timeframe expires. I will not accommodate refunds or replacements until this timeframe has passed.


Please be advised that once I drop packages off to the post office, they are out of my hands and are subject to delays from things like inclement weather, mix-ups and other shipping-related incidents.

Sales will not be applied to orders retroactively more than 24 hours after the fact. If an item goes on sale no more than 24 hours after a purchase is made, please send me a message on Etsy to adjust your order. Please note that the message must be sent in the same 24 hour period as the item going on sale.

Additionally, if you have a coupon code please ensure you remember to add it before checking out as I cannot accommodate adding them after you have checked out.

Please also be advised that all coupon codes that are sent as an automatic "thank-you" for purchasing must be used on your next purchase, and cannot be applied to previous purchases.

As of right now, all sales are final. At this time I am not accepting returns or exchanges. Please contact within 30 days of delivery with order issues.

Please also note that preorder listings are nonrefundable unless the funding goal for said listing is not met.

Please message me as soon as possible if your address was entered incorrectly! If your order ships before you catch the mistake, I cannot fix it unfortunately. If your order is shipped to an incorrect address at the customer's error, I do not offer refunds or replacements. If it is due to my mistake, I will send a replacement if in stock.

Domestic Packages:

Option 1: Resend the package. Postage will need to be paid again by customer.

Option 2: Refund the order, minus tax and shipping costs.

Option 3: Hold the package and resend at a later date tbd by customer.

International Packages:

Option 1: Resend the package. Postage will need to be paid again by customer.

Option 2: Refund the order, minus tax and shipping costs.

If the package is resent and returned to me again, I do not offer refunds or replacements. All shipping charges are non-refundable. I will not be held responsible for rerouted or held packages.

I offer combined shipping on orders placed within 3 days of each other for orders that do not include pre-ordered items. For orders that include pre-order items, I will offer combined shipping up until I receive the products. Please be advised that combining shipping for pre-orders with differing lead times can mean waiting longer to get your pins!

Etsy uses Global Post for international items. International packages will first be shipped to a hub close to the seller, then shipped internationally from there. They get passed to local carriers when in your country and often assigned a new tracking number for that carrier.

My tracking info stops once your item arrives in your country, unless I am provided the new tracking number by the international carrier. I am not always provided this number, and this is unfortunately out of my hands.

Please reach out to your local postal carrier for more info if your package shows that it arrived in your country. There is unfortunately nothing I can do at that point. If your item is returned to sender, please message me and we can resend.

Be sure to double check your shipping address on your order. Shipping labels are printed directly from Etsy, so this is the exact address that will be use. I will not edit an address unless asked.

If the address is correct, please reach out to your local USPS branch for more info/assistance in filing a claim with them. I am NOT able to file a claim for you, and have the same tracking info that you see on Etsy when you track your package.

If the package is lost due to USPS error, I am not able to issue replacements/refunds. If the package is lost due to my error, a replacement can be issued if in stock, or a refund may be issued.

All items placed with a pre-order item will ship once the pre-order item comes in and is ready for shipment. If you do not want to wait, please place separate orders! I will not refund the shipping for orders placed separately under this circumstance
