I do not offer returns or refunds due to the nature of my products, but your satisfaction is my number one priority. Orders will also not be refunded due to customer error (not reading the listing description, FAQs, or store policies).

HOW TO DOWNLOAD After your order is confirmed and payment is processed by Etsy, you'll receive an email with a link to your downloads. You can also access your downloads from the Purchases/Reviews section in your Etsy account. HOW TO PRINT - Print instantly at home. - Use a USB or email the files to your local printer/photo printing shop (Fedex/Costco/etc). - Upload the files to an online printing service like vistaprint.com or shutterfly.com. WHAT IF I NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE/FILE TYPE? All digital downloads include 5 different sized files (please see listing for details). If you'd prefer a different file (JPG, PDF) or need a custom size, just let me know! I'll provide your requested file via email.

HOW TO ORDER After your purchase, please send me a photo that you'd like a digital portrait of. I'll send you a proof of the portrait and will happily make any adjustments before emailing you the final JPEG file. CAN I ADD MORE DETAIL? Please keep in mind that these are minimalist style portraits and will be faceless for the most part (all faces will include eyebrows). CAN I INCLUDE PETS IN MY PORTRAIT? Certainly! When selecting the product, please count your pet as an extra person. HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? This is a digital product only. The final portrait will be emailed to you as a JPEG file.

DECAL APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS 1. Clean surface using alcohol pads provided (moisten if needed), then let dry 2. Rub both sides of the decal with a card (such as a credit card) to help it stick to the transfer tape 3. Carefully peel a corner of the white paper backing, fold at 180 degrees, then slowly roll the paper away from the tape at this angle 4. Apply clear transfer tape and decal to clean surface 5. Press down over decal and rub with card to help it adhere 6. Slowly peel off clear transfer tape following step 3 MATERIAL & DURABILITY - Self adhesive vinyl - Durable, high quality material - water-resistant and UV-resistant - Not suitable for the dishwasher or microwave
