When will I receive my made-to-order digital item?
The delivery window for made-to-order digital items will vary depending on the seller. Please coordinate with the seller through Etsy Messages to establish the completion time for your order.

To see the status of your made-to-order digital item, go to the Purchases and Reviews section of your Etsy account. Items that the seller is still working on are shown as In progress.

Once the seller finishes your order, you will receive an email with a link to download your digital file. You can also access your files by going to Purchases and Reviews and selecting the Download Files button. You will be able to leave a review for your purchase after you download your file.
