This is a pattern that you download instantly, so shipping does not really apply. If you crochet, the pattern is perfectly clear to follow. I wanted a multistrand headband without a flower, so I just didn't make the flower. Though the picture shows three strands, if you follow the pattern you will actually get four. I simply stopped after making three. The way I make it, this takes only about half an hour to make. They are fun to make for gifts and in every color. The headband ties at the back of your head.
