All our baskets are handwoven in Ghana by skilled artisans using traditional techniques passed down through generations. Each piece reflects cultural heritage, craftsmanship, and community pride.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and customs processing. Typically, orders arrive within 3 - 7 business days. We’ll provide tracking information once your order ships.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?

Yes! We love working with everybody/individuals; interior designers, and cultural institutions. Please contact us for custom quotes and wholesale pricing.

Where do your baskets ship from?

We ship from two locations: USA-based inventory: Select baskets are stocked and shipped directly from within the United States for faster delivery. GHANA-based inventory: Other baskets are shipped from Ghana, where they’re handcrafted by our artisan partners using traditional techniques.

What should I know about tracking and receiving my order?

We appreciate your patience during any unexpected shipping delays. Once your order is dispatched, we strongly recommend tracking it closely via USPS to ensure timely delivery. Each basket undergoes a meticulous process that can take a day, a week or two to complete depending on the volume and style.

Maintenance instructions
Keeping our maintenance suggestions in mind, you can use your eco-friendly basket for years,
1. In case of soaking, sun-dry your basket or leave it to dry at room
temperature.
2. Make sure to keep your basket in the shade to prevent color fading.

Forming instructions
If your basket becomes deformed over time, please follow these instructions:
1. If any, leaving out the leather straps, dampen your basket in cold water.
2. Gently bring the basket back to its original shape using your hands.
3. Let it dry completely. Once your basket is dry, it will regain its shape.

The laundry basket is absolutely beautiful and serves its purpose well. The beautiful craftsmanship and vibrant colors round out any room. I like that this basket has many uses, including storage for blankets, shoes, and seasonal clothing. The one area of improvement I would suggest is shipping the basket in a much sturdier container like a cardboard box. By the time I received it, some of the wrapping was in shreds. All in all, I am quite pleased and will order again.
