Do you do commissions or custom work?

I'm sorry, but my schedule doesn't allow time for me to take commissions or custom projects. I am happy to take suggestions, but I cannot guarantee what you're looking for is something I will end up making.

When will my order ship?

Each listing displays the date range when I expect to ship your item: ready-to-ship or made-to-order. All shipments include a tracking number. Ready-to-ship items (decals, mesh fabric, prints, etc.) ship within 3 business days*. In most cases, I ship them the next business day*. Made-to-order items include all unpainted blank resin pieces, such as masks, claws, etc. When you place an order, they are added to my production queue in the order they're received. The turnaround time is 1-2 weeks. I will also send you a message via Etsy within 1 business day* to let you know the exact date I intend to ship your order. Please double-check your messages if you're checking on the status of an order! *Mon-Sat, not including USPS postal holidays.

What happens if my order says "Delivered" but I didn't receive it?

When a package doesn't arrive, the first thing you should do is verify that the shipping address on your order was correct and that USPS can deliver to that address. Please note that I cannot be responsible for replacements if the shipping information I was given was incorrect. You might also want to check with neighbors, if possible, to see if it was mis-delivered. I typically like to give packages a couple days to see if they arrive, either by a neighbor delivering them or the postal worker may have marked them 'delivered' but wasn't actually able to complete the delivery that day. (That does happen sometimes!) If your address was correct and you cannot find the package, please contact me for further assistance!

What kind of paints and glues work well with your blank masks and props?

Why are only some cast items available in black?

To be able to cast in black, I need to make a special kind of mold that allows me to cast it in a pressure pot. Unfortunately, not every piece is able to be turned into this kind of mold.

Can you cast resin pieces in other colors?

All of our cast resin pieces are available in white, and certain pieces are now available in black. I don't have the setup to do other colors at this time.

What's the difference between a raw cast and a cleaned-up cast?

A raw cast is straight out of the mold with minimal cleanup. There will be some flashing and the edges may be sharp. A raw cast will require you to do some sanding and cleanup before use. You can also choose the cleaned-up option, where we take care of removing all of the flashing and sanding the edges clean and smooth.

Will you attach a strap to a mask blank for me?

It's best to paint your mask prior to attaching the strap, so I don't offer them with the straps already installed. The strap just gets in the way during the painting process, especially priming. Can I attach horns (or other items) with spirit gum?

My cast resin horns, fangs, and other such items are meant as embellishments for props or masks, and weren't made with the intention to be attached directly to skin as a prosthetic. It may be possible to apply some of the lighter pieces to the skin with spirit gum, but I have not tried this and can't guarantee the results.

What if I supply an incorrect address or a package is returned?

Please make sure to double-check your shipping address before placing an order! The buyer is responsible for providing a correct shipping address. If USPS returns a package to us with a "Return to Sender" note, we will refund the order minus the shipping cost and the buyer is free to purchase again (after updating their address). If the package is lost due to an incorrect address, we cannot provide a refund.

This is a 1.5" hard enamel pin featuring a cute sleeping baby green dragon. The metal parts of the pin are gold plated, with two posts on the back and black rubber clutches. It is also stamped with our Red Nebula Studios logo on the back, so you know it's one of our original designs!

~*~*~*~*~* GRADING *~*~*~*~*~

Because of the way these pins are manufactured largely by hand, there may be slight flaws on the metal or enamel. I check each one and assign them a grade accordingly. My grading system is as follows:

- Standard Grade: These are near-perfect pins. There may be very tiny flaws in the enamel, but not on the face. If I can't see a flaw from a foot away, I consider it to be Standard grade. There may be blemishes on the back of the pin, not visible from the front.

- B Grade: Noticeable flaws on the enamel or metal on the front of the pin, generally still pretty minor but not up to standard grade.

- C Grade: More obvious flaws like enamel scrapes, overfills, or in the case of a couple pins, the back spikes at the base of the tail is green instead of red. I only have a few of these available, but they're great if you love the design but want to put it somewhere like a backpack where it might get roughed up a bit!

Pin Backs:

- Black Rubber Clutches - Standard pin backs.
- Locking Metal Pin Backs - Optional upgrade - these backs lock into place and have a spring-release mechanism so you can still remove them easily when you want to! Simply pull up on the back part of the pin to release them.

Optional Gift Box:

- You can choose to get an optional gift box with your order, with the pin on its backing inside. This keeps the pin even more protected and is a great way to give it as a gift!
