Yes, it is true. Yak wool is obtained not via cutting but rather by brushing animal's fur annually, when the animal is shedding on its own.

Is it true that yak wool, cashmere and camel wool are eco-friendly?

Yes, all products in my shop are made form materials which had minimal processing and are not dyed, that is why you will only see products of natural colors in my shop.

How will my order be packed?

Your order will be packed in a box of eco-cardboard which you can reuse or recycle.

Will the color be exactly as shown?

I try to represent colors accurately, but they may vary slightly due to monitor settings or lighting.
