I hate writing haiku. The nuance needed to accomplish such a task is insurmountable at this time. But dang if I don't like reading some good haiku. And this is good haiku. Not just some words set to a specific rhythm/number/dance. It is dancing. Make great gifts if you want to impress women. And men. Who like poetry.

I've read this before, but bought another to pass along to a friend so she could have her own copy of Chyfrin/Bill Burns' work. He is a master of mixing science with poetry -not a thing you see done well often. Of the epic form as well as haiku. He has a shine all his own and this translates to his works. His words create guideposts in a writer's life. Maybe they will do the same for you.
