How to choose the size?

Please use our size chart which is posted among photos at each listing. In case the measurements differ from the size chart, please leave custom measurements in the order notes. We will need chest and waist around and full height (from top of the head to floor). If you encounter any difficulties or have any questions while ordering, please contact us. We will be happy to help you!

Is there possible to change the colour of an item?

Yes, you can change the colour of an item. Please reach out to us and we'll send you a colour palette and choose the one you like best. To make an item in custom colour costs 35$ extra.

How soon I will receive my order?

The delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout as well as current processing time. There are 3 shipping options we can offer. Please choose the one which suits you best. They're all available at checkout: Standard (regular post) - takes 4 weeks (free) Express - 2-3 weeks ($45) DHL - 7-10 business days ($60) The processing time is usually 1-2 weeks, but may take shorter or longer depending on the workload. Once your order is shipped you'll get a notification with a tracking number.

Is there an opportunity to make processing time shorter?

Please leave a reminder about the date of the event if the product is needed by a certain date. We will prioritize your order in case it is possible.

Where is Boutique De Charme located?

We have a stock in the US and a small production in Ukraine. The shipping is safe and quite fast. We don't have a physical store.

Is there a possibility to return an item?

Return of goods and funds is not provided in the following cases: 1) incorrectly specified measurements and/or size of the child; 2) incorrectly specified address; 3) if the goods did not arrive on time due to an unspecified event date. Return of goods is possible only in case of a manufacturing defect if there is photo/video recording within the first 3 days after delivery, as well as in some individual cases.
