I did enjoy this tea and I still do. I do feel like it helps me relax in the evenings. I have had lifelong problems from a childhood accident that causes me not to sleep. Truly, I still have to take medication but this really helps me. I work from 4:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. and when I come home I have a good cup of this hot tea and it really helps me relax
