Do you provide customisation for your pins?

Unfortunately, we cannot provide any customisation for our enamel pins. This is because I do not have the skills or machinery to make them myself. Instead, I supply my designs to an external manufacturer. Ordering a single unique piece with customisation from my manufacturer would not be a viable option at this time :)

Does my order have any tracking?

DOMESTIC orders in Australia have NO tracking (unless otherwise stated). This service has proven to be reliable and lost letters have been rare. Upgrades available. Tracked letter services are available for orders solely containing flexible items (stickers, art print, magnet). To access this, please select Parcel Post at checkout and send me a message on Etsy immediately, so I can refund excess postage. Cost ranges $3-$6 depending on items. All INTERNATIONAL orders have tracking. The tracking number will be provided shortly after dispatch. Please reach out to me if your items have not arrived by the end of your estimated delivery date period! I am not liable for lost parcels but will do my best to make you a happy customer.

How long does shipping take?

Domestic (AUS): Generally, within 2 weeks. However, there have been some cases where it has taken up to 6 weeks for the item to arrive, particularly for interstate orders outside of Victoria. Please give it some extra time if your item has not arrived, and reach out to me if it has been more than 6 weeks International: Visit https://auspost.com.au/service-updates/international-delivery-times for estimated postage to each country
