A simple, yet beautiful hand forged towel / washcloth holder for your bathroom, kitchen or wherever you want to place it! These come in many different lengths as listed and are forged from 3/8" round stock. Each piece is coated with locally sourced beeswax to protect it.

-- SIZE --
The gap from the wall is approximately 2"-2.5". When picking the size, please know that the listed size is approximately* end to end length give or take 1/4" or so either direction, NOT the length of the area where you hang towels, etc. The mount holes are roughly 3/4" LESS than the listed length. The usable area is about 2 inches shorter than the end to end length.

-- NOTE --
The darkened finish is superior to the steel finish in terms of water resistance. If you are putting very wet towels on them I suggest getting the darkened finish. Alternatively you could add a lacquer clear coat to the steel finish to prolong its water proofing. Please let me know if you plan to do this when you order, I will then send you the towel bar without any finish on it. Double check the size of your order please! Does NOT come with screws.

If the item is damaged in transit it can be returned and I will replace it. I will not accept returns due to damaged caused by the buyer.

Payment is accepted from most major credit card carriers, debit cards and PayPal.

- - SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIME - -
Shipping is with USPS by default unless requested to use a different carrier.At this current time all items will be shipped within 1-5 business days of receipt of payment, (unless specified otherwise on the product's page, custom orders may take longer). If for some reason this can not be done, I will contact you and let you know.

If your package does not arrive within the expected time frame, please contact me and I will do my best to rectify the situation! Please be aware that I don’t consider a package ‘lost’ until it has been a full 30 days* from the date of shipping and I will not replace an item sooner than this. Due to Covid-19, shipping times have been slower than ever and sometimes a package may even arrive after 1 full month.
Refunds and Exchanges

Generally no returns are accepted unless the customer pays return shipping, I can provide a shipping label then later deduct the cost of the shipping label from the total refund to the customer.
If you wish to cancel an order that has been placed and that has not yet been shipped, I will issue a full refund. I will not refund a custom order that has been shipped.
If the item is damaged in transit it can be returned and I will replace it as long as you contact me within 24 hours after receiving the item.
If by any chance you have received the wrong item than that was purchased, please contact me! I will gladly send a return label for you and send the correct item.
If you have placed an order with an incorrect address you will be responsible for covering all shipping charge to reship the item.
If you have not received your item but the tracking information shows the item is delivered I will not issue a refund.
Purchased Items

Please remember that the items sold here are made by hand and with raw materials. There will be slight variations in size, texture, color, weight, etc. of each item. This is what makes every item truly unique and beautiful. If you are expecting every item to be similar as a mass produced product then you may want to look elsewhere.
