1. How do I complete my order?

Pick a color and type the song/artist you want to appear on the keychain in the personalization box. Please make sure all spelling are correct! Place your order and then send us a message on Etsy with your order number and photo(s) :)

2. What photos work for these song keychains?

Only SQUARE photos work with the keychains! If you submit a different size photo, we will need to crop it. Snapchat photos will need to be cropped a lot! By submitting your photo, you give us the right to crop it as we see fit. If you are unsure if your photo works, feel free to send us a message for confirmation :)

3. What if I want different colors for the keychains?

Pick a color, add it to your cart. Pick another color and add it to your cart again. Don’t worry! You’ll only be charged shipping once! :)

4. What does “1 Keychain 1 Photo” mean?

Great question! Our keychains are double-sided meaning the photo appears on the back and front of the keychain. If you choose this option, you can only submit 1 photo so it will be the same back and front.

5. What does "1 Keychain 2 Photos" mean?
Our keychains are double-sided meaning the photo appears on the back and front of the keychain. If you choose this option, you can only submit 2 different photos - one on the front and the other photo on the back.

6. What color pompoms do you guys have?
Pair your keychain with a pompom to save $$! (It costs more to purchase it separately). Our pompom keychains comes in 6 different colors - light pink, hot pink, peach, white, grey and black! Please message us or type in the personalization box what color you want the pompom keychain in! If we do not hear from you after many attempts, by you purchasing the pompom option, you give us your consent to us shipping you a random colored pompom. So please, include the color of your choice upon purchase! :)

7. How long does my order take to ship?

We ship out orders anywhere between 2-4 business days! However, if you do not submit your photo on time, your estimated delivery date will be inaccurate and delayed!

8. How long does it take for my order to arrive?

After we ship out your order, it takes anywhere between 3-6 business days to arrive at your doorstep! Most orders arrive in a week! :) We also have an express shipping option at checkout!

9. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping on most items in our shop costs $3.99 to ship and an additional $5 for express shipping which is available at checkout :) Get FREE shipping if you order $35+ worth of products from our shop!

10. What can I expect when I receive my package?

We pack all keychains in a white mesh goody bag with colorful confetti and free stickers! :) We also have a gift wrapping option at checkout for an extra $3! Your keychains would arrive in a chic box :)

11. Do you allow cancellations?

Yes! You can cancel your order as long as we didn’t start making it yet. Once we get started on your order, we don’t allow cancellations. Please cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, as this is when we usually get started on it.

12. What is your refund/return/exchange policy?

If we did not start on your order yet and you wish to cancel, we can offer you a full refund. We can also issue a refund if you receive your order and there was a mistake made on our end. However, if you receive an item that is broken, we do not offer refunds since it is USPS’s fault and not ours. In that case, we can offer you a free replacement for the broken item. We do not allow returns on customized items. Non-customized items can be returned, but the customer must pay for the return shipping label. We do not provide exchanges.

13. My keychain arrived broken..?

Please submit photo proof and we are more than happy to accommodate you!

IMPORTANT: Our keychains are durable and long-lasting however, acrylic material can also break when dropped or thrown on hard surfaces. To avoid any scratches or damages to your keychain(s), please handle them with care. The keychains are water-resistant, but not water proof :) If your keychain arrives broken, please submit photo proof and we'll be more than happy to send a replacement! Feel free to message us if there's any problems with your keychain. We'd love to help! :)
