A. Yes. I still have the older vintage blonde wood tiles in inventory and can provide you a sign with this style. However, because of the quality control factors associated with this style of tile, I will send you a picture of your draft sign before finalizing it to ensure your 100% satisfied.

A. Each available color in the drop down menu corresponds to their matching colors on the color chart located as the last picture on each listing. The color chart corresponds with the drop down menu by starting on the top left row moving to the top right row and continues this direction for each consecutive row.

Because not all computer monitors are calibrated equally it is not possible to guarantee what you see on your monitor accurately portrays the color of the actual sign/ornament.

A. Send me a message with the color needed. If at all possible please send a photo of the desired custom color. Chances are very good that I have it in my paint closet but just didn’t offer it as an option because I already have 21 color choices available. I’d be more than happy to provide you with a custom paint color.

A. Absolutely not. I will place as many as needed to make it look adorable and/or classy but I will not over decorate with charms and/or embellishments causing it to look tacky.

A. Yes. If you message me before placing your order with the theme you want, or message me immediately after your purchase, I will gather the charms and/or embellishments and take a picture for you to choose from.

I can't make any guarantees, but if you have looked around Katsscrabblebabble and found you were impressed with the creations already listed in my shop, I feel extremely confident you'll be excited to receive yours. A. More times than not, I will have questions for you regarding the personalization of your gift to ensure I get it just right for you and your special person. The #1 thing you can do to expedite the shipping of your gift is to routinely check your email or Etsy messaging for messages from me with personalization questions.

A. If a spelling error is found to be my fault, I gladly accept responsibility and therefore returns or exchanges. You may choose a full refund of your complete purchase price or allow me an opportunity to redeem myself by remaking your sign with the correct spelling at no additional charge. Returns and exchanges must be returned within 14 days of bringing the error to my attention. If it is my mistake, I will pay the return shipping of the incorrect sign and reshipping of your new sign. If it is determined to be your error you will be responsible for return shipping and the reship cost of your new sign. If the item is not returned in it's original condition you are responsible for any loss in value.

Any signs I create with sterling silver embellishments/charms to include all my medical professions will be prone to tarnishing much like that of worn silver jewelry. A lint free polishing cloth is a great method to keep your signs looking sparkling new. Simply rub the silver parts of your sign with the cloth - you should see dark marks on the cloth where the tarnish is rubbing off. Jewelry polishing cloths are available for purchase in my store for $2.50 each. WARNING: These signs are not toys. My products contain small parts which could cause cuts or choking if swallowed.
