seller.printed the royal mail label but did not send the items. When I asked for a refund as I had not recieved the items as they had not sent them seller told me they was in India. Yet apparently the items were dispatched in London. I have now been sent a refund but been called abusive to Etsy because I pushed for my refund as I do not believe this is a legitimate seller in London. If a seller prints a label but does not ship the goods and refuses a refund that is scamming!

Great misunderstanding. We apologise for the confusion regarding your order. Due to a medical trip abroad, I arranged for a trusted colleague to ship the order from my home in London. I believed it was sent out promptly, as that is our standard practice. When Melanie raised the issue, I discovered the package had not been dispatched immediately due to a misunderstanding of its urgency by my colleague. We processed a refund as soon as we became aware of the oversight. I just want to assure that I live in London and our business has always been based in the UK. In our 15 years of business, this is a first. We deeply regret any inconvenience this has caused and are committed to preventing such misunderstandings in the future.
