Plated Jewellery and Care Information

Plated Jewellery pieces are delicate jewellery items. Care should be taken when cleaning plated jewellery to protect the layer of Gold or Silver from being worn away. To prolong the plating, remove rings, necklaces and bracelets, etc. when washing hands or hand sanitizer. Avoid your plated jewellery coming into contact with perfume or perfumed lotions. Avoid direct contact with water and chemicals such as chlorine, sulfur, detergent and lotion. Excessive light, heat or moisture will deteriorate the quality of plating on the metal. Perspiration and Your Personal PH level Last but not least, one’s own body chemistry can be harsh on plating. Just like fruit, some people are more acidic than others. This can cause it to Blacken or Wear Off.

Express Delivery will be processed within 24 hours Monday to Friday, I do aim for same-day dispatch if the order is placed in the morning but I can't guarantee same-day dispatch. Please check if you need your Order sent out the same day to avoid disappointment.

Christmas and Royal Mail

This time of year especially after Black Friday Royal Mail will have backlogs, this of course has the added pressure of the Christmas rush. I am leaving Royal Mail Standard which is 2nd class but I do recommend 1st class or special delivery. The estimated delivery dates are only estimates and nothing is guaranteed.

Please note delivery times are only an estimate especially with Royal Mail, I highly recommend express delivery if your order is needed quickly.

My prices are very good and competitive due to purchasing in large quantities where I can. Cheaper prices do not mean a lesser quality.
