Please keep in mind that Standard or Registered Shipping can take up to 6 weeks, specially if the package is held up in customs. These situations are beyond my control, so I sincerely seek your understanding and patience on this. :)

Post office will not consider a package is lost until 6 weeks have passed after the package is shipped. If you didn't recieve your order after 6 weeks, please contact me.

However, be aware that Stantard Shipping does not provide insurance. If you want to ensure your delivery, please upgrade the shipping method to Registered.

I usually process and ship every order within 1-2 business working days.
Using Italian certificated post, your shipping will be in the registered post service to protect your valuable purchase.

The shipping is calculated on weight and will be adjusted at the time of postage so the price is flat rate. But you will hardly pay more than the cost of shipping paid more than the actual cost. Please feel free to contact me if you have any question.

Absolutely, all items are sent in an handmade envelope of upcycled materials.

If you mark your order as a gift, I will ship it in a gift envelope. And if you want to add a little note on the packaging, please leave me your message in the "Notes to seller" text box at checkout and I'll be glad to do that.
