Israel - 18-30 days Japan - 15-21 days Other countries - to 40 days.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Do not hesitate to ask for an additional packaging or gift wrapping. As I'm creative person every your order will be packed in very nice decorated boxes! My packaging is the one I am proud of, and even when the shipping companies mistreat the parcels, the items will come undamaged. I always feel responsible for my time and guarantee delivery. There may be occasional delays that are independent of my will.

How can I be sure the item is 100% as per photo?

I do my best to create each handmade item as similar as possible as in the item description, though each piece is unique and may slightly vary from the original. Unfortunately, flat photo can not deliver the touch and the looks as good as a real product can. Pls note the shades of colors, the texture and the overall look of the product depends on your computer or smartphone settings, as well as lightening, model, etc. Therefore item may slightly vary from the product on photo.

- Don't wash flower crowns and other floral headpieces! But if you have stained it with something, wipe it with a damp cloth, not with an aggressive and not hot soapy solution. - Flower crowns should not be stored in open sunlight and generally in open places, where dust will sit on it. And it also can change colors! Store them in the closet or in a separate box. - Flower hairpieces are not meant for children's games, I think you understand why. First, it has got a lot of small details and second kids can deform, damage or stain it.

*If item is marked as made to order it will take up to 5-7 business days to complete your item. *I don't ship on Sundays. *I use the etsy mailing address, please make sure it is correct. *If the cost of the product exceeds the limit set by customs house of your country, you should pay a duty there. *The cost of a product doesn`t consist an amount of the duty. The buyer is responsible for any customs duties or fees that may apply. *Before Christmas the delivery time growing up +10-15 days for all countries, because the post offices are very busy.
