If, somehow you won't receive your order within 8 weeks since the dispatching date, I'll be able to make a full money refund after receiving post service confirmation about your parcel lost. Full refund will not be possible for parcels with orders, which will be received back and marked as unclaimed.

I'm using REGISTERED AIRMAIL via the Belpochta, with Package Reference Number (track code) provided as a standard shipping. Shipment time is approximately 12-17 Business Days from date of shipping. It could be slightly longer depending on different destinations and estimates like bad weather, natural disasters, seasonal holidays, package being held up in customs, etc. We do not consider an item lost up to 8 weeks. Unfortunately sometimes international post tracking system works badly and it's update usually depends on the host country and their work.

What does "Registered Mail" mean?

Registered shipping means that in case you are not at home during delivery, the postman will not leave your package on your doorstep. He will leave you a note and you will have to collect your item at your local post office mentioned on the note. Please make sure you check your mailbox for this note regularly, after the average 2 and a half weeks shipping time is over. Your package might be waiting for you at the post office!

The appearance of stitch markers

As you know there are different kinds of stitch markers in my shop. Some of them are made with natural beads. I use one photo for a variety of similar stitch markers with natural beads. It means that they can differ a little bit from the stitch markers on a photo. It is so because nature is a perfect creator and you can’t find the copy of a stone. I hope you understand me!
