For making Sticker: You are required to print them on a 8.5"x11" sticker label which you could find it at Staples or Office depot and cut out with 2" circle punch.
For makinng Cupcake toppers : You need to print them out on a Heavy Cardstock Paper, Cut them out and Tape on a Toothpick or Wood Skewer to the back and simply place into your frosted Cupcakes.
