How long does it take to receive my custom dog tag?

After you place your order, we'll get to work making your pup's new tag! Our process takes about 4-6 days to ensure every tag is stamped, polished, and ready to ship. We use USPS to send your new tag on its way to you. Please note that while we strive to get your tag to you as quickly as possible, we can't control the time it takes with USPS, and sometimes there are delays that are out of our control. If you have any questions or concerns along the way, just send us a message, and we'll be happy to help!

What makes hand-stamped tags so special?

Our hand-stamped tags are truly one of a kind! Instead of using a laser engraving machine, each character is stamped into the tag by hand. This means that each tag is unique, with its own special quirks and differences in alignment, spacing, and depth of impression. Your pup's tag will be truly one-of-a-kind, just like them!

Care instructions Tags

Over time, brass may blacken/tarnish, which adds to your tags look. However, if you want to keep your tag looking fresh, simply use a black sharpie to fill in black enamel and polish the tag with #0000 steel wool. Also, because our tags are hand stamped on brass a slight impression may occur on the front of the tag.

Care instructions Bandanas

To keep your pet's bandana looking its best, we recommend hand washing or using the gentle cycle in cold water. Hang dry and use a warm iron to remove any wrinkles. Please note that our bandanas are handmade, and with heavy washing, stitches may become loose over time.

Care instructions Pet Bowls

To keep your pet's bowl clean and in good condition, we recommend hand-washing with warm water and drying with a towel.

Our pet ID tags are made-to-order and make the perfect personalized gift for any pet parent. Our 1-inch tags can be stamped with up to 7 letters, while our 1.25-inch tags can be stamped with up to 9 letters (please note, we do not offer special characters such as å,æ,ø, etc.).

We understand that each pet is unique, and their tag should be too. If you have a special request, please reach out to us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs. However, please note that special requests may take longer to process, and we do not offer addresses or phrases.

Over time, brass may develop a natural patina, adding character to your tag. If you prefer to keep your tag shiny and new, a gentle buff with #0000 steel wool will do the trick. Additionally, please keep in mind that as our tags are hand stamped, there may be some soft punch-through or impressions on both the front and back of the tag.
