We chose air plants because we are so in love with their beauty and ease of care. Air plants need seldom watering and indirect light (artificial light is perfect, too) . As we mentioned in the listing, they will make a green thumb(er) out of anybody. Detailed care instructions are provided in each gift box.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Our custom premium boxes are upgraded as an elegant showpiece. They are truly beautiful and present themselves extremely well. Hence, they take the place of gift wrapping =)

Can I purchase more than ONE set in a transaction?

Most certainly. Simply add the number of gift sets you need in your cart and provide us with your personal message (if any) for each box, the name and address of the recipient(s) (if different from your address).

I placed the order and forgot to change the address and name of the recipient?

If your box has NOT shipped yet, send us a message ASAP and we can make the necessary changes. IF your order has SHIPPED, we will have to wait until it is returned to us for re-mailing. Unfortunately, custom specifics of the sets will not be refundable.

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

We offer cancellation of orders within 2 hours of purchase, But, due to the custom nature of our products, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges.

What if my gift set arrived damaged?

Please contact us within 2 days of receipt, and we will do our best to make it right for you.

Do I have an option for a different air plant or more than one air plant?

Our air plants are currently not available in our drop-down menu as an option. However, please let us know and we can make it happen for you.
